One Piece is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Eiichiro Oda. It has been serialized in Weekly Sho-nen Jump since August 4, 1997; the individual chapters are being published in tanko-bon volumes by Shueisha, with the first released on December 24, 1997, and the 72nd volume released as of November 2013. One Piece follows the adventures of Monkey D. Luffy, a young boy whose body gains the properties of rubber after unintentionally eating a Devil Fruit, and his diverse crew of pirates, named the Straw Hat Pirates. Luffy explores the ocean in search of the world's ultimate treasure known as One Piece in order to become the next Pirate King.

Kanjuro finishes his artwork and Usopp uses it as ammo to snipe at Sugar. He has Viola use her ability while Dold, Hack, Tank, Kin'emon, and Kanjuro hold the citizens off as long as they can. Scared that he will lose his captain and friend, Usopp will attempt an impossible shot at Sugar from the plateau before the citizens stops him. With Viola's insight, he prepares to fire the special shot prepared with Kanjuro's help but at the last moment sees Luffy's aura and fires before the Dressrosa citizens caught him and everyone else with him.
